2775 SCENIC GULF-WEST BUILDING UNIT 3

After our design team assisted the developer in rejuvenating the building and selecting all-new interior products for its six units, the rental company was able to quadruple the nightly rent for each unit. Each unit boasted undisturbed beach views and catered primarily to short-term rentals, prompting our team to imbue each with a distinct yet luxurious design.

CTD provided new expansive sliders across all three floors, enhancing views of the Gulf, alongside redesigned kitchens that maximized space for cooking and socializing. Fresh bathrooms featured floor-to-ceiling tile, with some tiles boasting playful prints that garnered rave reviews from guests. Recognizing the fatigue from ubiquitous “blue coastal” designs in the area, our unique styling elevated the vacation experience for visitors.

The addition of exterior glass railings significantly upgraded the building, further enhancing Gulf views. Each unit’s furniture package was meticulously curated to match its individual design theme: from the Organic Tulum style to the True Luxury Coastal and the unexpectedly popular Black Modern unit, to a Bohemian retreat, and Taylor’s vibrant Unit 6, which featured colorful décor, unique iridescent fixtures, palm tree printed tiles, and playful flamingo bedding.
