I recently had my garage door replaced by Carrot Top, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and professional.
Customer service was excellent. Mark was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any questions I had. They provided a detailed estimate upfront and walked me through the different options available, ensuring I found the perfect door to match my home’s style.
The installer arrived right on time. He was well-organized, and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. The old door was removed, and the new one was installed in just a few hours. I had old LED bulbs which was causing an interference with my door receiver.  Mark quickly identified the problem and simply replaced my old LED bulbs with new factory recommended garage door bulbs.
While garage doors can be a significant investment, I feel that I received excellent value for the money spent. The price was competitive, especially considering the quality of the product and the professionalism of the service. There were no hidden fees, and the final bill was exactly what was quoted. Our experience with Carrot Top Designs has been nothing short of amazing! We recently built our dream home on the Bay and this talented staff helped us with literally every finish from start to finish - flooring, cabinets, tile, countertops, lighting, window treatments, furniture and more!  Having everything we needed at one location made it so easy and everyone we worked with made the experience enjoyable. I especially appreciate the way they worked to hone in on our personal style and help to choose finishes & furnishings to reflect that. Taylor, Taryn, Tori, Hillary, Noah all get an A plus!  But every employee there is friendly, talented, professional & very helpful. My experience with Carrot Top Designs is unmatched! My daughter lives for their peppermint mocha and I’ll drive miles out of my way for another iced hazelnut mocha!

We recently completed a renovation on our home and took full advantage of Carrot Top Designs comprehensive services.  Being able to seamlessly work across their group of professionals (especially Taryn & Jeannie & Noah) to bring all of our inspirations to fruition was a dream come true. Where to start? The facility is gorgeous. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. There was a great selection of items to choose from. I was treated awesome by all of the individuals who I spoke with during my visit. Hillary Henley greated me and guided me throughout my selection of my beautiful new rug. The entire experience was very enjoyable and professional. Thanks for assisting me Noah with getting my rug into my vehicle.
