Spec home for builders, but CTD doesn’t allow our builders to just build a basic home. We stick to their allowances but give key design features to the spec home that any buyer will love. A simple clean LVP flooring was selected to allow the future owners to bring their own style to the home.

This home is located 5 min to the beautiful emerald coast so bringing in a blue backsplash tile to the kitchen was a must, designers decided to install it in a vertical straight stack to be more modern vs a brick pattern.

All selections were made with the intention to be clean and open to any design style, leaving room for the buyer to make the home their own.
