Designed by Hillary & Taylor, this home was a spec for the builder. The designers selected materials and key areas for upgrades to bring the home to life. Spec builds typically hit the market without staged furniture so it was important the designers choose areas to bring the potential buyer’s jaw to the ground in key locations of the home.

They selected a textured brick paver with multi toned colors to install in a herringbone pattern for the front entryway, giving the future homeowners a beautiful pathway to enter the home. The kitchen was the showpiece for this home with double stacked cabinets to the ceiling, glass in the upper cabinets to show off the china or decorative items, designers decided to select a marble backsplash with hints of gold metal.

The laundry room tile was Taylor’s favorite part of the home, the printed coastal tile in the laundry/mud room brings joy to your day when entering/exiting the home. Laundry rooms don’t need to be boring anymore. The master bathroom wet room was designed to feel like a luxurious spa. with rain heads, a soaking tub and tile that brings a calm feeling.
