This home showcased a distinctive green, modern interior design style. We opted for subway tiles installed in a vertical straight stack pattern, offering a fresh, updated twist on the coastal green/gray subway tile trend. The kitchen featured sand-colored cabinets instead of the standard white shaker style, enhancing the space with a warmer ambiance.

To ensure harmony, key design elements such as the front door, exterior lights, stone accents, and paint colors were deliberately coordinated across the home’s exterior. Inside, we upgraded the stair railing to a sleek design that balanced simplicity with impact, creating a striking visual as one ascends the two-story stairway leading to the bedrooms on the second floor.
